How To Return Your Device (The Correct Way)
(This article provides customers with step-by-step instructions on how to return their device back to us in a proper manner. This article also details which steps of the return process are most important, along with making sure to inform customers of potential restocking fees that they may be subject to if their device isn’t returned properly.)
1.) Identify the underlying issue and make sure to document the reason for the return (photo, videos, etc).
3.) After receiving your return request, we will issue you a prepaid return label which will enable you to return your device back to us free of charge. (Please note, prepaid return labels come with 2-Day shipping unless told otherwise).
4. Prepare your return, please be sure to place the device in a secure box that will prevent any shipping damage.
(Please note that if any physical damage is done to the device results in the device’s warranty being voided. Per company policy, we reserve the right to issues a $10 to $20 restocking fee for any charging accessories that fail to be returned with the device once the return is inspected. Customers should also MAKE SURE to double-check their returns IMEI number prior to shipping the device back. Returns that are sent back without matching IMEI numbers will be subject to a 50% restocking fee).
5. Print off the prepaid return label that we have issued you and attach the return label to the SECURE box intended to be used in order to deliver the return back to us.
(Please note that if you do not have a printer that you are more than welcome to have your local post office print the prepaid return label for you. All returns are shipped using 2-Day shipping, please allow 2 to 3 business days in order for us to receive your return).
