We now think we can give customers the complete satisfaction and peace of mind when purchasing our products. We have partnered up with CSP to offer accidental protection coverage for your device! This will be an add on option at checkout for either one or two years. All devices purchased include the 12 month warranty that covers software defects and internal hardware issues/defects. Then, of course the 30 day love your device or you can return the device for a full refund. But, now if you want more protection, we do offer a protection plan through CSP.
This is how the plan works and how you're covered: This warranty covers 100% parts and labor for the repairs. It covers any and all hardware failure, charging problems (whether that be a defective battery or USB port), cracked and non-functional touch screens, any drops under 6 feet, and small liquid spills.
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product. Coverage begins on the 31st calendar day from when you purchased your product.
What a lot of customers love and why they choose this extra protection is because the warranties are transferrable between owners. On top of that, there is no deductible cost to you. What is not to love there?
Lastly, we need to touch base on what is NOT covered: Our smartphone warranty doesn’t cover intentional damage, full water submersion, or lost or stolen phones. We know these circumstances sometimes occur, but unfortunately, this is not seen as an accident once it reaches this point. Although the protection is there, our devices still need to be treated with some TLC!
