- Normal Wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions beyond our reasonable control.
Making A Claim
To make a claim, simply email us with your order number and we’ll send instructions on how to return your device. We will provide you with the prepaid label which is documented for our team to know how to handle your device.

Our goal is for you to fall in love with your new device, and if that wasn’t the case our team is happy to accept any return for any reason within 30 days of shipment. We will accept your device back and apply a refund usually within 1 business day. Please contact our team to start your return.
If your device is having any functionality issues, you are still covered past the 30 days. We offer a 12-month warranty on all our devices, physical damage, water damage, or similar issues will result in voiding your warranty.
If you return a device back without its original cable and adapter, we reserve the right to apply a $10 fee per accessory.

Shipping was very fast it took three days to arrive after I ordered. Came with everything (SIM card remover, charger and a square thing to plug it in) One thing i did struggle with initially was to connect my SIM card. I tried calling the service number that came in the packet with the phone but it didn’t work. After some googling, I called my cell service provider though and was able to switch my phone with no issues. Battery life was at 87%. No cracks or scratches, Face ID works well. Audio and camera quality are good. No glitching with apps or anything weird. So overall I would say i am very satisfied with the phone. Would purchase from here again when I want to upgrade to something new.
