12-Month eCommSell Warranty:
The 12 Month Warranty covers any and all product defects (hardware and software). This warranty covers any malfunction of the phone independent of your use (touch-sensitive malfunction, battery failure, pushbuttons, etc.). If your device shows any signs of malfunction, then please contact us to start your return. Once we receive the device, we can send you a replacement that is fully functional or we can issue a full refund for your purchase.

- Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials
What is not covered?
This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:
- Transportation or Storage
- Issues caused by third party software or unauthorized repair
- Improper use; failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance
- Any components added since the item was originally sold
- Normal Wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions beyond our reasonable control.
Making A Claim
To make a claim, simply email us with your order number and we’ll send instructions on how to return your device. We will provide you with the prepaid label which is documented for our team to know how to handle your device.

Our goal is for you to fall in love with your new device, and if that wasn’t the case our team is happy to accept any return for any reason within 30 days of shipment. We will accept your device back and apply a refund usually within 1 business day. Please contact our team to start your return.
If your device is having any functionality issues, you are still covered past the 30 days. We offer a 12-month warranty on all our devices, physical damage, water damage, or similar issues will result in voiding your warranty.
If you return a device back without its original cable and adapter, we reserve the right to apply a $10 fee per accessory.

A way cheaper alternative and way better way to buy one than a 20 dollar Appel work the same and no trace of bootlegged charger, I've seen my fair share of bootlegged chargers. Always nice to have a backup one. highly recommend getting one extra with your order because it's an iPhone charger.
