This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:
- Transportation or Storage
- Issues caused by third party software or unauthorized repair
- Improper use; failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance

- Normal Wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions beyond our reasonable control.
Making A Claim
To make a claim, simply email us with your order number and we’ll send instructions on how to return your device. We will provide you with the prepaid label which is documented for our team to know how to handle your device.

Our goal is for you to fall in love with your new device, and if that wasn’t the case our team is happy to accept any return for any reason within 30 days of shipment. We will accept your device back and apply a refund usually within 1 business day. Please contact our team to start your return.
If your device is having any functionality issues, you are still covered past the 30 days. We offer a 12-month warranty on all our devices, physical damage, water damage, or similar issues will result in voiding your warranty.
If you return a device back without its original cable and adapter, we reserve the right to apply a $10 fee per accessory.

I ordered my 2 kids each an iPad mini (2019 version). I was skeptical about ordering through this company because they seemed to be new, and the prices were so good compared to other sites but I couldn’t have had a better experience. Shipping was very quick- 2 days after ordering, I received the iPads. They honestly looked brand new. Battery life has been phenomenal also, which was a concern of mine when purchasing refurbished.
